Jens Rademaker

Jens Rademaker has a diverse work experience. In 2013, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at strategie:p personalberatung GbR. In 2015, they briefly served as a Human Resources Assistant at Dresdner Kühl anlagenbau GmbH. From 2016 to 2019, they were part of KPMG IT Service GmbH, where they held the position of Portfolio & Performance Management Office. Following this, they took a break in 2019 to travel across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. In 2021, they joined KPMG IT Service GmbH again, this time as a Change Manager. Currently, since July 2022, they are working as a Business Process Manager at zolar.

Jens Rademaker completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also participated in a semester abroad at Munster Technological University, focusing on the field of business administration.
