Gregory Johnson

Gregory Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gregory worked as a Principal Quality Engineer at ZOLL Medical Corporation from 2014, where they were responsible for electronic, electrical, and electromechanical design and manufacturing of cardiac support pumps and temperature management systems. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2014, they held the same role at Covidien (VNUS), where they were responsible for various aspects of electronic and mechanical design, manufacturing, and quality control.

Before that, Gregory worked as a Lead Product Integrity Engineer at Marconi from 1999 to 2002, where they were responsible for safety, emissions, reliability, and testing of telecom hardware. Prior to that, they served as a Manufacturing Test Engineer at FORE Systems, Alantec from 1993 to 1999, overseeing in-house test operations and supporting production. Finally, they started their career as a Captain, Electronics Engineer in the US Air Force from 1988 to 1993.

Gregory Johnson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1983 and 1987. In 1989 and 1990, they pursued an MBA in Business from San Jose State University. In addition to their formal education, Gregory also obtained certifications in "Improving Your Thinking" from LinkedIn (in 2021) and "Lean Greenbelt Champion" from Lean Sensei International (in 2015).
