Nicholas Kasper

Nicholas Kasper is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the real estate and finance industry. Nicholas is currently the Vice President - Capital Markets at ZOM Living, where Nicholas also worked as an Investment Associate and Investment Analyst. Prior to that, Nicholas was a Real Estate Analyst at Duff & Phelps and held positions at University of Florida Office of Real Estate and PGIM Real Estate. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from UF Hough Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
