Josline Mendonsa

Josline Mendonsa has extensive experience in strategy, operations, and client management, currently serving as Head of Operations and Media Content at Zomato since August 2015. In this role, Josline manages end-to-end operations in the UAE, leading teams in sales enablement and client onboarding to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth. Previous positions at Zomato include Operations Team Lead and Senior Account Manager, where noteworthy accomplishments included fostering cross-functional collaboration and improving the post-sales client experience. Prior to Zomato, Josline worked at Northern Trust Corporation as a Financial Analyst, engaging with global investment managers and processing payments. Josline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from St. Aloysius College.
