Noor Asma is currently the Manager of Product Support at Zomentum, with over 6 years of experience in providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, at Sprinklr, Noor worked as a Product Support Engineer - L2, focusing on resolving complex product issues and improving customer experiences. Prior to that, at SAP Ariba, as a Technical Solution Engineer, Noor specialized in addressing technical issues for downstream Ariba products. Noor is a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology.
