James joined Zonal in at the end of 2020 from Yoyo Wallet, a well-known SaaS company specialising in loyalty, payment and CRM solutions, where he was CFO for almost 3 years. As CFO at Zonal he leads the Finance, HR and Legal departments and brings his extensive board-level credentials to elevate and align their strategic direction.
