Stephanie Harris

Stephanie Harris is the Head of People Partnering at the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), a position held since December 2022. Previously, Stephanie spent over a decade at the British Red Cross, where roles included Head of People (International), Senior People Partner, International HR Manager, International L&D Manager, International L&D Adviser, and Senior People and Learning Manager. Before that, leadership experience included serving as Centre Director at Explore Learning. Stephanie's educational background features a Level 5 Diploma in Workplace Learning and Development, a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Bristol, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of the West of England.
