Allison Friedland has a strong background in customer service and operations. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Beauty Advisor at ULTA Beauty for a year before moving on to Nordstrom, where they held various roles in cosmetics, including Assistant Department Manager and Business Manager, from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they joined ZoomInfo as a Customer Success Administrator, eventually progressing to Manager, Customer Success Operations and Administration and then Manager, Customer Development & Operations. Their most recent role at ZoomInfo is Chief of Staff to the CCO, a position they have held since March 2020.
Allison Friedland has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Clark College. Allison also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Eastern Washington University.
