Chloé Rada

Chloé Rada is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Attraction and Operations at ZoomInfo. Previously, Chloé held the position of Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations at Nielsen and Director of Global Recruitment Marketing and Branding at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions. Additionally, Chloé worked at Sodexo as the Director of TA Operations/Employment Branding and as a Senior Marketing Manager for Talent Acquisition. Chloé also contributed as Chapter President at STAR Chicago. Chloé earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa and participated in a guest semester focused on English Literature at the University of Cambridge in collaboration with Duke University.
