Prasadh Cadambi

As Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategy, Prasadh oversees ZoomInfo’s day-to-day financial reporting while leading and developing a world-class accounting team. Based in Vancouver, Wash., Prasadh has more than 25 years of SaaS, software, and technology experience.

Before joining ZoomInfo in 2021, Prasadh served as a Global Lead Partner and SEC Reviewing Partner at KPMG in New York City, where he led, coached, and developed large global audit and consulting teams and advised some of the largest software and cloud companies in the world. Earlier in his career, he served as a Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board.

Prasadh is a certified public accountant and a chartered accountant and holds a B.S. in Commerce from Loyola College in India and a diploma in business finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.

When he’s not working, Prasadh enjoys spending time with his wife, their child, and their dog. He loves listening to music and watching movies, especially his favorite, Pirates of the Caribbean.
