Lisa Mockler Sphr, Gphr, Shrm-Scp

Lisa Mockler has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lisa began their career at Pearl Izumi as an HR Coordinator and Web Specialist in 2011. Lisa then moved on to Alloya Corporate FCU, where they served as the HR and Administration Manager from 2012 to 2015. After that, Lisa joined Advanced Energy as an HR Program Manager and held the position for three years. Lisa then worked at Sagetech Corporation as the Director of Human Resources from 2018 to 2019. Lisa then joined PINKERTON | Comprehensive Risk Management as the Human Resources Director for the West Region where they worked until 2022. Currently, Lisa is the VP of People Operations at ZoomCare.

Lisa Mockler, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA has an extensive education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Washington State University, obtained in 2007. Lisa then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Organizational Analysis at Willamette University from 2009 to 2011.

Lisa also obtained multiple certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Lisa became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2016 through the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2017, they acquired the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Additionally, Lisa earned the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2018.

Continuing their education, Lisa enrolled at the Harvard Extension School in 2022 and is expected to complete a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management in 2023. This program will provide their with specialized knowledge in the field of strategic management, complementing their existing expertise in human resources and organizational analysis.
