Smarak Palai has extensive experience in consulting and technical roles, currently serving as a Senior Associate at ZoomRx since March 2021, involved in projects related to salesforce effectiveness, product demand estimation, and market feasibility studies, alongside performing statistical analysis. Prior roles at ZoomRx included an Associate position, focusing on end-to-end project execution and exploratory analyses. Earlier experience includes a Software Development Engineer position at ZoomRx and a Web Developer role at CBONLINE PVT LTD, where website design, development, and bug testing were key responsibilities. Smarak holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from SRM University, completed in 2020, and possesses an SSC in Science from Ryan International School, Noida.
