Kenny Carvalho

Kenny Carvalho is currently the Head of People & Culture at Zoop. Prior to this, they were with Aché Laboratórios from February 2015 to May 2021, where they served as Gerente de Recursos Humanos.

During their time at Aché, Kenny was responsible for the personnel budget of 5,200 employees - a budget of R$ 900 MM / year. Kenny also implemented a quality of life program, with actions related to the employer brand and employer branding. Additionally, they were able to achieve an annual savings of R$ 30 MM through negotiations on banked hours and PPR.

Kenny also implemented a shared HR service center, focused on (salary, benefits and health) services, formulate a new concept of service. Kenny structured the overtime reduction plan, achieving a 20% decrease / year. Kenny aligned and standardized the HR policies of new plants - Brazil level. Kenny developed a long-term incentive plan (ILP) for executives. Kenny created a new PPR model for Sales Force. Kenny restructured the organizational structures, reducing 200 vacancies and saving R$ 60 MM annually. Kenny implemented the Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology - approximately 450 positions. Kenny also implemented a career and succession program, performance evaluation and merit-based remuneration. Kenny computerized all processes in the areas of Payroll, Remuneration, Benefits and Union Relations.

Kenny Carvalho has an MBA Executivo from Insper, a Post-Graduation in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and a Graduation in Business Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo. Kenny also has certification from Aché Laboratórios Farmacêuticos in Coach para formação de sucessores, Contabilidade para não contadores, Gestão de Projetos e Processos, People Analytics, and Programa de Formação RH Coach. In addition, they have certification from UOL EdTech in Gestão de Projetos and Transformação Digital, and certification from Instituto Passadori in Técnicas de Apresentação em Público.
