Balázs Bakos

Balázs Bakos is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at OptaHaul since March 2021 and Co-Founder, Innovator, and Managing Partner at Zoosh Group since April 2015, Balázs focuses on early-stage investments in SaaS startups, as well as coaching and mentoring in the startup ecosystem. Previously, Balázs held various key positions at Nokia from 1997 to 2015, including Head of Customer Experience Management Service Line, where responsibilities encompassed managing the CEM solution portfolio and overseeing global professional services teams. Balázs also contributed to research and development at Nokia, establishing research groups and defining innovative software solutions. Academic credentials include an MSc in Computer Science from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
