Philip Pettersson

Philip Pettersson is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in product security and penetration testing. Currently serving as a Senior Product Security Engineer at Zoox since August 2022, Philip leads the Offensive Security team to enhance the security of the self-driving robotaxi software stack. Prior to this role, Philip worked as a Cyber Security Engineer at Longterm Security, conducting assessments for a diverse range of clients, and developed a specialized fuzzing system for the Android kernel. Experience as a Senior Security Engineer at SAMSUNG SDS involved overseeing security for the Samsung Group, while earlier roles included managing security for a major Swedish website and completing numerous freelance programming contracts. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Uppsala University.
