Sean Lozada

Sean Lozada is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Manufacturing Process Engineering at Zoox since December 2023, Sean previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager for the Gravity Program at Lucid Motors from September 2022 to December 2023, overseeing prototype builds for BIW and General Assembly. Prior to that, from November 2017 to July 2022, Sean managed process engineering for Tesla's Model S and X, achieving significant improvements in assembly line efficiency and cost savings. Sean's career also includes a substantial tenure at Rolls-Royce, where notable achievements included winning the Defense President’s Award for innovation, and at Ford Motor Company, where foundational contributions to Six Sigma methodology were recognized with multiple accolades. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo's 3-2 Engineering program.
