Bas Tomassen

Bas Tomassen serves as the Directievoorzitter at Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk since April 2020, having integrated their own medical expertise centers, Ergatis and Sitagre, into the organization. Previously, Tomassen was a member of the Raad van Toezicht at HeartLife Klinieken from June 2019 to May 2023, where involvement was fueled by a commitment to women's heart health initiatives. As Algemeen directeur at Sitagre from January 2017 to April 2020, Tomassen led a medical expertise center focused on psyche and health, following a similar role at Ergatis between April 2011 and April 2020, centered on labor and health. Prior experience includes partnerships in HR consulting at Respectief and a management consultancy role at KPMG, which spanned nearly a decade and honed skills in operational excellence and organizational improvement. Educational credentials comprise a degree in HTS Elektrotechniek from De Haagse Hogeschool and further executive training at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
