Joe Stajkowski began their work experience in 2014 as a Technical Recruiter at Adecco Engineering & Technology. Joe worked closely with individuals to help them progress in their careers. In 2016, they transitioned to Zotec Partners, where they held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Acquisition, and currently Director of People and Culture. Zotec Partners is a revenue cycle management company focused on developing technology solutions for the healthcare industry.

Joe Stajkowski earned their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Ball State University, graduating between 2009 and 2014.
