Parshav Jain

Parshav Jain has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Parshav started their career as an Internship Trainee at Jain & Associates, where they gained experience in tax assessments, tax consultancy, and internal audits. Parshav then moved on to Deloitte India, where they worked as a Deputy Manager and gained expertise in tax and regulatory advisory, international tax, and litigation matters. Parshav also managed client work independently and handled billing and collection.

Following their time at Deloitte, Parshav joined KPMG India as a Manager. In this role, they managed a portfolio of tax clients across various industries and was involved in business development beyond the tax function. Parshav then transitioned to Seclore, where they served as a Financial & Legal Controller. Here, they led the finance team, coordinated with the US accounting team, and assisted with financial and legal due diligence for the company's Series-B funding round.

Parshav's entrepreneurial journey began with Platify.co, a company they co-founded. Platify developed a transactions enabling platform and was eventually acquired by RMZ Group. As a Co-Founder, Parshav handled fundraise, due diligence, compliance, investor relations, and partnership management.

Parshav's next venture was MGM eSports, where they served as a Co-Founder. Parshav led a team of 12 people and managed various aspects of the business, including product development, financial modeling, negotiations, and brand partnerships.

Currently, Parshav works as an Independent Consultant, providing financial, legal, and management advisory services. Parshav assists companies with budgeting, financial planning, due diligence, company structuring, compliance, and investor relations.

Parshav Jain began their education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained their degree in Chartered Accountant with a focus on Accounts, Tax, and Law. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Panjab University, Chandigarh, completing their studies in 2008 in the field of Legal Professions and Studies. Concurrently, in 2007 to 2009, Parshav enrolled in Amity University to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management.

Additionally, Parshav obtained a Certificate Course in IPR & Prosecution from LawSikho in May 2021. Parshav also completed a Certificate Course on FEMA from ICAI, although the specific dates of completion are not available. Overall, Parshav has a diverse educational background in finance, law, and management.
