Mareli Cornelius

Mareli Cornelius, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mareli is currently working at ZP Group as the Human Resources Director, a position they started in August 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner from February 2023 to August 2023, and as the Human Resources Manager from March 2021 to February 2023, all within the same company.

Before joining ZP Group, Mareli worked at Fluidra Waterlinx as the Group Human Resources Manager from August 2004 to January 2016.

Mareli Cornelius, SPHR completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a National Diploma in Law with a field of study in Paralegal Studies from the University of Johannesburg in 2005. In August 2020, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
