Prior to this, Mike worked at Cradlepoint as a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering, overseeing a team of twelve engineers and collaborating with different departments to drive design and support initiatives. Before that, they served at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, as a Sales Engineer and Regional Sales Manager, where they achieved significant growth in new business and maintained existing contracts in various sectors. Mike also held positions at Motorola Solutions, Infoblox, Trapeze Networks, 3Com, Ericsson, Advanced Computer Communications, and UC Santa Barbara. In these roles, they gained experience in technical marketing, solutions management, professional services management, and sales engineering. Mike Sale has completed a degree in Electronic Systems Technology with a focus on Electrical Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force. Mike has also completed a degree in Cryptographic Operations and Maintenance with a focus on Electronic Systems Technology from the Cryptographic Operations and Maintenance Technical School.
