Giovanni is a Managing Director with the firm in the Consumer Goods and Services Practice. He brings over 25 years of global management experience in the consumer sector, where he has led cross-cultural teams, built brands and businesses, led innovation globally, and developed winning organizational strategies and structures in three industries and multiple continents. He couples this corporate experience with several years of executive search in Europe and the U.S. in leadership positions for other top search firms. In this capacity, Giovanni has partnered globally with some of the world’s best-known companies to unveil impactful solutions to their human capital and organizational needs across multiple functions and geographies. He is a passionate advocate and has authored papers on building a culturally diverse organization. He believes that people are the most important asset a company has to sustain performance and that building a thinking & culturally diverse environment, that embraces change, is key for an organization to unleash innovation and gain a competitive edge in the hyperconnected, volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous global landscape.

Giovanni began his career at KPMG and later acquired operational expertise in marketing, sales, innovation, and general management at Johnson & Johnson, The Coca-Cola Company, and JTI (Japan Tobacco International). Giovanni has been a guest speaker on global management and career development at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, as well as the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona.
