Grant Hartanov

Grant Hartanov serves as the AVP of the Unified CXM Best Practices Group at Sprinklr, leading the Strategy Consulting Team to drive CXM transformation for strategic customers and advising account teams on verticalized go-to-market strategies. Previously, Grant held roles as Senior Director within the same group, focusing on digital transformation strategies for C-Suite clients, and Senior Manager at Monitor Deloitte, where strategic growth was facilitated across multiple markets. Additional experience includes leading global initiatives as Director of Global Loyalty at Marriott International and managing teams at Monitor Deloitte as both Manager and Senior Manager. Grant began career in governmental roles, including as Task Force Chief of Staff at the United States Department of Defense and Legislative Assistant to Senator Richard G. Lugar. Grant holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from Denison University.
