Ross Hicks

Ross Hicks is the Managing Director at ZRG Partners. Ross has over 20 years of experience in executive search, covering investment banks, corporate finance firms, private equity, hedge funds, and specialist sectors such as real estate and renewable energy.

Ross began their career in executive search with Stanton Chase in 2015, where they were a Principle Consultant focused across the MENA region. In this role, they were responsible for originating and executing senior executive retained assignments. In 2017, Ross joined Finlay Gardener as the Regional and London Director. In this role, they continued to focus on executive search in the financial services sector.

Most recently, Ross was with Investigo Executive as a Partner - Financial Services Executive Search. In this role, they covered buy-side and sell-side executive search for clients in the UK and Europe.

Ross has a proven track record of successfully placing executives in some of the most prestigious organizations in the world. Ross is a highly respected figure in the executive search community and is well-connected with some of the most influential people in the industry.

Ross Hicks has a degree in economics from King's College London and another degree in economics from King's College Taunton.

They are on a team with Rebecca Wareing - Managing Consultant, Barry C. Vines - Managing Director, and Vikash Salig - Managing Director. Ross Hicks reports to Larry Hartmann, CEO.
