Gaurav Kamboj

Gaurav Kamboj is a seasoned professional in the field of network security and technical support, currently serving as a Critical Accounts Manager at Zscaler since January 2017, where previous roles included Associate Principal Escalation Engineer, Escalation Engineer, and Product Support Engineer at various levels. Prior to Zscaler, Gaurav worked at Aricent from March 2015 to December 2017 as an Associate Network Engineer specializing in ASA and ESA while functioning as a Cisco Support Engineer at Cisco TAC. Gaurav began a career at HCL Technologies from October 2012 to March 2015 as an Analyst, addressing security-related issues for Cisco customers and later serving as a Network Security Consultant. Gaurav's educational background includes completing a non-medical degree at Kendriya Vidyalaya, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from 1996 to 2008.
