Rex Shang

Rex Shang is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Machine Learning at Zscaler. Rex has a diverse background that includes roles as a Sr. Manager of Machine Learning Engineering and Principal Engineer at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Member of Technical Staff at TrustPath, and holding several management positions at Ericsson, including Engineering Manager and Project Manager, as well as overseeing the System & Technology department for the Development Unit IPOS in Beijing. Rex began a career at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard as an R&D Engineer. Rex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
