Shoaib Qazi

Shoaib Qazi has extensive experience in information security, holding senior positions across various organizations. Currently serving on the Technical Advisory Council at Zscaler since August 2020, Qazi previously worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as SVP and Chief Information Security Officer from July 2017 to November 2022 and April 2025 to the present, where responsibilities included developing global information security programs. As CISO and CTO at RXO from November 2022 to April 2025, Qazi focused on architecting cybersecurity strategies and fostering a security-centric culture. Earlier roles include serving as CISO at Sears, where Qazi achieved PCI DSS compliance, and leading the global information security team at Experian. Qazi's career began at IBM as a Senior Consultant and included a position as Director of Information Security at AT&T Interactive, along with a foundation in communication networks and security engineering at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Qazi holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Networks and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
