Sydney Coultis

Sydney Coultis is an experienced learning experience design professional currently serving as Manager, Learning Experience Design at Zscaler since December 2021. In this role, Sydney leads the learning experience design process for go-to-market personas, creating engaging learning journeys and experiences. Previous positions include Sr. Learning Experience Designer and Learning Experience Designer at Zscaler, where effective learning journeys were developed for sales, customers, and partners through cross-functional collaboration. Additional experience includes instructional design at YES! Communities, where Sydney implemented eLearning experiences, and as an E-learning Developer at Water Bear Learning, creating high-quality courses for diverse industries. Early career roles included educational guidance as a Childcare Provider and teaching at The Ohana School of Early Learning. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon, obtained in 2014.
