Vaughn Grigsby

Vaughn Grigsby, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Sr. Director, People Business Partner at Zscaler, having previously held leadership roles at Nuna Inc. and Twitch, where support was provided to various engineering and music teams, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and performance. Prior experience includes positions at Hired, Inc., ADP, Macy's, and Target, where strategic HR consulting, talent development, and operational leadership were key responsibilities. Vaughn holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Environmental Science from the University of Phoenix and the University of California, Berkeley, respectively.
