Winnie Cho has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 1995 to the present. Winnie currently holds the position of Head of Trade and Consumer Healthcare at Zuellig Pharma Malaysia since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Dyno Training & Consultancy as a Trainer & Consultant, specializing in sales, leadership, and change management programs since September 2017.
Winnie also has a long history with Pfizer, where they held various positions. From 2007 to 2017, they served as a Sales Director, managing a team of 170 sales executives and managers and overseeing the profit & loss for different channels. Winnie also worked as a Customer Development Director, leading a team and developing market access strategies for the Malaysia Ministry of Health. Additionally, they served as a National Sales Manager, managing teams and ensuring target delivery, KPIs, and profit & loss.
Before joining Pfizer, Winnie worked at Apex Pharmacy Sdn Bhd. as a Branch Manager, where they handled various responsibilities such as managing retail pharmacy operations, stock inventory, staff management, and providing patient counseling.
Throughout their career, Winnie has gained significant experience in sales, leadership, training, and consultancy, making their a valuable asset to any organization.
Winnie Cho obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) from the University of South Australia from 1992 to 1994. Winnie then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Queensland from 2001 to 2003.
