Julia Wieland

Julia Wieland is the Head of HR at ZUFALL logistics group, where Julia leads a central team of HR Business Partners and L&D Professionals, as well as a distributed HR community. Julia drives the change towards social sustainability and regenerative business within the organization. Previously, Julia held roles such as Strategic Organizational Development Specialist at SMA Solar Technology AG and HR Business Partner at Klinik Management Oldenburg GmbH. Julia holds degrees in Business Administration, Systemic Organizational Development, and Theology/theological Studies.
