Ashlee Barden is the current Interim Head of Talent at Zūm. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Boulevard Recruiting, a boutique recruiting firm that specializes in startup recruiting. Ashlee led the expansion shift from biz recruiting to tech recruiting, scaling the team from 1 dedicated resource to 19 along the way.

Before Boulevard Recruiting, Ashlee was the Technical Sourcing Manager, Emerging Tech at Uber, where they helped Uber scale from 1k employees to 30k+ employees.

Ashlee began their career in recruiting at GoPro, where they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Ashlee then moved to Facebook as a University Recruiter. After Facebook, they were the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Les Mills.

Ashlee is an experienced recruiter, with a proven track record of success in building and scaling teams.

Ashlee Barden has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from San Francisco State University's Lam Family College of Business.
