Head of Brand Marketing at Zūm

Ellen VanderWilt is the current head of brand marketing at Zūm. Ellen has previously worked at Adobe from June 2014 to May 2022, where they were the next gen marketing lead (global). During their time at Adobe, VanderWilt led a cross functional team of 20 marketers and channel specialists to drive coordinated strategy and execution across acquisition, conversion and engagement programs. Ellen also oversaw the annual, global budget of $100M+ across performance marketing channels, awareness platforms and partnerships, account-based marketing and nurture efforts.

VanderWilt is known for developing partnerships with powerhouse brands Netflix, Reddit, Twitch, Interscope Records (Billie Eilish & Tierra Whack), BuzzFeed to launch award-winning, global campaigns inspiring youth creativity. Some of their most notable campaigns include the Billie x Adobe "Create What's True to You" integrated, full-funnel campaign - which was the highest ROI program in Adobe history - and the Netflix x Adobe "The Great Untold" campaign, which reached 10M students who created 10K short films for the chance to produce it with a Netflix director and premiere at Sundance, driving over 2M views.

Ellen VanderWilt holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington. Ellen has a background in business administration/marketing and fine arts.

They work with Abhishek Garg - CTO, Vivek Garg - Co-Founder & COO, and Michael Mazgaloff - Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Their manager is Ritu Narayan, Co-Founder & CEO.
