Vishal Shroff

Vishal Shroff is the National Head of Sales at Zūm. Vishal has over 8 years of sales experience, with a focus on building and leading sales teams. Prior to Zūm, Vishal was the Director of Sales at Caring.com, where they were responsible for the company's sales strategy and revenue growth. Vishal also oversaw the sales team, which included 12 account executives and 12 sales development representatives. Under Vishal's leadership, the team successfully introduced automation within the sales process, which helped improve metrics and optimize the sales cycle.

Vishal Shroff has a MBA in Marketing from the University of San Francisco School of Management and a Bachelor in Commerce with a focus in Economics from the University of Mumbai.

Vishal Shroff reports to Ritu Narayan, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Vivek Garg - Co-Founder & COO, Rohit Jain - Chief Product Officer, and Michael Mazgaloff - Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.
