Stephanie Arzt

Stephanie Arzt is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employer branding, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Zumtobel Group since November 2022, Stephanie previously held various leadership roles at Deutsche Telekom, including Head of Recruiting and Head of Consumer Service, where expertise in recruiting, candidate experience, and change management was developed. Additional experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Magenta and Brau Union Österreich, as well as a Recruitment Manager position at Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Stephanie's consulting experience at Deloitte Österreich focused on human capital management. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics and Business Law from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and Legal Studies from the University of Vienna.
