Hendro Greeff

Hendro Greeff has over 24 years of work experience, with various roles in program management and project management. Hendro started their career in 1999 as a Post-Sales Support Engineer at SPS Vicotec, providing support for Remote Access, Virtual Private Network, and infrastructure solutions. In 2001, they joined Aramark Northern Europe as a Technical Support Engineer before moving up to the position of Projects Delivery Manager. In this role, Hendro managed an IT team, performed issue and risk management, and built productive relationships with US management and European partners.

In 2007, Hendro became an Entrepreneur and Owner of their own company, IKS Ltd. Hendro project managed daily operations, from marketing and consultation to design development and quality control. Hendro also coordinated and supervised contractors and implemented projects within agreed schedules and budgets.

In 2011, Hendro joined Datalex as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed complex software development solutions for the travel industry. Hendro was responsible for project scope, maintaining detailed project plans, and providing regular updates to leadership teams.

From 2015 to 2018, Hendro worked at Cox Automotive Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. Hendro led software project managers within a program, implemented digital marketing software in the automotive industry, and tracked milestones and delivery timelines.

Most recently, Hendro worked at Zuora as a Technical Program Manager. Hendro prioritized requirements, prepared product security dashboards, resolved product incidents, and coordinated with onsite, offshore, and vendor resources. Hendro also served as a Principal Program Manager, leading large and complex programs across product lines and driving high-value initiatives.

Hendro Greeff has a diverse education history. In 1995-1996, they attended Pretoria College in Pretoria, South Africa, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Following that, from 1997-1998, they enrolled in Technical College Pretoria and pursued a field of study in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. In 1998-1999, they attended Damelin, focusing on Computer Engineering.

Additionally, Hendro Greeff has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2000, they earned the MCSE certification from Microsoft. In 2003, they obtained the ECDL Accredited Tester certification from ECDL Ireland. In 2013, they completed the MS Project - Advanced training program from SQT Training Ltd. In 2016, they became a Certified Project Manager (CPM) through both the Project Management Leadership Group and the Project Management Institute. In recent years, they have acquired several certifications in cybersecurity and security matters, including Cybersecurity Foundations, Cybersecurity with Cloud Computing, AWS: Security and Compliance, Implementing an Information Security Program, and Security Matters (To Everyone), all obtained through LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, they also completed Time Management for Managers training on LinkedIn.
