Jacob Gray

Jacob Gray has a solid background in data engineering and project management. Jacob has most recently worked at Zuora as a Data Engineer since August 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Bazze & Company, Inc. as a Data Engineer from September 2020 to July 2021.

In 2020, Jacob worked as a Data Engineer at Tailored Management @ Facebook, where they developed and maintained complex data pipeline infrastructure and optimized data processing architecture. Jacob also created ETL pipelines through Directed Acyclic Graphs.

Before joining Facebook, Jacob held multiple roles at Lockheed Martin from 2015 to 2020. As a Data Engineer, they researched and evaluated new tools and applications, developed and maintained ETL processes using K.E., and developed reports and dashboards in Tableau. Jacob also worked as an IT Business Analyst, where they managed high volumes of data, developed business intelligence reports, and created ETL processes using PL/SQL, Python, UNIX Shell, Perl, and Pro*C.

Prior to Lockheed Martin, Jacob worked at SIEMIC as an International Approvals Project Manager. In this role, they managed simultaneous projects for technological compliance in international countries and led a team of four.

Jacob's professional experience started as a Technology Intern at San Jose Christian Assembly, where they designed and created custom applications and a website, as well as analyzed and improved computer systems.

Jacob Gray obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration - Management Information Systems from San Jose State University between 2010 and 2014. Following this, they pursued further education at Syracuse University, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Analytics from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, in 2019 and 2020, Jacob obtained a Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S.) in Data Science from Syracuse University. Jacob also holds a certification as A+ ce Certified from CompTIA, which they obtained in January 2013.
