Jacob Gray obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration - Management Information Systems from San Jose State University between 2010 and 2014. Following this, they pursued further education at Syracuse University, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Analytics from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, in 2019 and 2020, Jacob obtained a Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S.) in Data Science from Syracuse University. Jacob also holds a certification as A+ ce Certified from CompTIA, which they obtained in January 2013.
