Jennifer Bess has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer most recently worked at Zuora as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for retaining and growing revenue for existing customers. Prior to that, they worked at Duo Security as a Customer Success Manager, ensuring customer success and driving subscription growth. Jennifer also has experience at Accruent as a Senior Consultant, where they worked with strategic clients to optimize their use of the application.
