Jennifer Zabel

Jennifer Zabel is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Zuora since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Senior Manager of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing at Lumen Technologies from December 2018 to May 2022, and worked as Group Manager of Procurement Services at Denali- A WNS Company from January 2017 to December 2018. Throughout nearly a decade at Denali, Jennifer led strategic sourcing initiatives for various clients, operationalized cross-functional teams, and authored several whitepapers on procurement topics. Additional experience includes roles at Denali Sourcing Services, Denali Group, Microsoft, Gevity HR, and others, covering a broad range of procurement and analytical functions. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Management/International Business from Bridgewater State University and completed Abitur in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
