Kiran Rajan

Team Lead - Customer Success at Zuora

Kiran Rajan has had a diverse range of work experiences. Starting in 2009, as a Process Associate at Infosys BPO, Rajan was responsible for handling booking and shipping requests for Symantec Corporation. Next, from 2011 to 2014, at TE Connectivity, Rajan worked as an Associate Order Management specialist, performing various tasks related to supply chain management and order processing. Moving on to Oracle India Pvt. Ltd, Rajan served as a Senior Deal Specialist from 2014 to 2017, focusing on deal management and order processing. Following that, at the International Medical Company (Kulud Pharmacy), Rajan worked as a Supply Chain/Procurement Manager, overseeing stock orders and reporting. Finally, Rajan joined Zuora in 2018 and has held multiple positions, including Customer Success Manager II and III, and is currently a Team Lead in the Customer Success department. In these roles, Rajan has demonstrated expertise in Zuora's product suite and has been responsible for supporting customers in implementing and optimizing Zuora solutions.

Kiran Rajan's education history begins with a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology earned from SSMRV degree college, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Following this, Kiran pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in HRM through Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Kiran has obtained several certifications. They became a Zuora Implementation Manager Certified through Zuora University in July 2023. They also hold a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 4 certification from SuccessHACKER obtained in February 2023. Additionally, Kiran is a Zuora Certified Business Consultant since January 2020 and a Zuora-Certified Product Catalog Manager since December 2018.
