Laura T. has a diverse work experience across a range of industries. Laura started their career as an Administrative Officer at the Féderation de Paris de la Ligue de l'enseignement in 2010, where they were responsible for creating travel brochures and handling various administrative tasks. Laura then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Estepona Town Hall, where they provided general support. In 2012, they were an Assistant at Asociación Hogar 20 and later became a Personal Assistant at Mercedes-Benz France. In 2015, they worked as an HR Assistant at ALHNA, where they provided daily support to the HR department and managed employee integration and departure procedures. Laura then served as an Assistant Director of the Learning & Development Department at SNCF Réseau in 2017, before joining MaritzCX as a member of their team. Laura transitioned to a HR Assistant role at SouthBank Centre in 2018, where they worked on a fixed-term contract. Lastly, they are currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Zuora, focusing on the EMEA - APAC region.

Laura T. has a diverse education history. Laura completed their Master's degree in Human Resources at Université Paris Nanterre from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Economic and Social Sciences (Specialized in Business expertise) at the same university from 2014 to 2015. In 2013, Laura attended Ecole Nationale de Commerce (ENC Bessières) for a Preparatory Class for Business Schools - (Adaptation Higher Technician, Management and Finance) program. Additionally, during the same year, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economic and Social Administration (specialized in Management of organizations) from Université Paris Nanterre.

Before their university studies, Laura completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) specialized in Personal Assistant at Lycée Jean Jaurès from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in a vocational school specialized in Secretarial work at Lycée Théophile Gautier from 2009 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Laura has obtained various certificates focused on professional development and skills enhancement. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn and span from 2020 to 2021, with the earliest certification obtained in August 2020.
