Pooja Shetty has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Pooja is currently a Technical Support Engineer at Zuora, where they provide technical support to clients. Prior to this, Pooja worked at Trapeze Group as an Application Support Specialist, where they played a crucial role in managing the software solutions and services for transportation agencies. Pooja also worked as a Production Support Engineer at Vix Technology, where they handled various tasks such as deployment of servers, incident management, and testing. Pooja started their career at Accenture in India as a Software Analyst, where they gained experience in SAP Business Objects Data Services and reporting tools. Pooja also completed an internship at Accenture before transitioning to a full-time role.
