Saravanan Arthanary

Saravanan Arthanary has extensive experience in the field of technology and consulting. Saravanan started their career at HCL Technologies as a Business Analyst, where they worked from 2004 to 2007. Saravanan then joined SAP LABS as a CRM Product Manager, responsible for CRM content management and product development. Saravanan worked at SAP LABS from 2007 to 2010.

Following their time at SAP LABS, Saravanan joined Wipro Technologies as an SFDC Consultant, leading a team in developing applications and handling testing and deployment. Saravanan worked at Wipro Technologies from 2010 to 2011.

After that, Saravanan worked at Accenture for a significant period, holding multiple roles. Saravanan started as a CRM Functional Lead, where they developed a web-based product using SAP CRM WCEM 3.0. Later, they became an Associate Project Manager, focusing on improving operational efficiency and suggesting process changes. Saravanan then worked as a Senior Business Analyst, developing user stories and implementing Agile methodologies. Subsequently, Saravanan became a Delivery Specialist on Data Management, managing a team and handling data migration projects. Finally, they held the position of Salesforce Architect, leading requirement workshops, owning user story development, and ensuring Agile DevOps principles were followed. Saravanan worked at Accenture from 2011 to 2022.

Currently, Saravanan is working as a Senior Solution Architect at Zuora, beginning their employment in 2022.

Saravanan Arthanary obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai, from 1997 to 2001.

In addition to their educational background, Saravanan has also obtained several certifications. Saravanan received the Zuora Billing Delivery Architect Certification in February 2023, the Zuora Billing Certified Consultant and Zuora Revenue Analyst certifications in December 2022, and the Zuora Billing Certified Analyst certification in November 2022 from Zuora University. Saravanan also obtained the Field Service Consultant certification from Salesforce in February 2022, the Service Cloud Consultant certification in January 2022, and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification in November 2021. Furthermore, Saravanan is Microsoft Certified in Azure Cloud, which they achieved in October 2020.
