Stephanie Noble

Vice President, Product Strategy & Operations at Zuora

Stephanie Noble has extensive work experience in operations and strategy roles. Stephanie is currently the Vice President of Product Strategy & Operations at Zuora since February 2022. Previously, they worked at Cisco for over 14 years, starting as a Web Producer at Cisco WebEx in August 2007 and later transitioning to roles of increasing responsibility. Stephanie served as a UX Program Manager at Cisco from July 2008 to January 2011, where they provided master planning for cross-functional teams and managed various projects related to collaboration software. Stephanie then became the Design Operations Lead at Cisco from February 2011 to November 2015, where they led a team of UX designers and contributed to the development of a UI component library. Stephanie subsequently worked as a Design Operations Manager from August 2014 to November 2015, establishing a global cross-functional communications plan and streamlining workflows and processes. Stephanie then progressed to the role of Senior Manager of Design Operations from November 2015 to July 2017, implementing an operating engine to improve decision-making and planning. Stephanie further advanced to become the Director of Business Operations from July 2017 to December 2018, partnering with senior leaders to drive the operationalization and execution of the company's transformational strategy. Stephanie also served as the Chief of Staff for Collaboration from January 2019 to January 2021, working closely with executive leadership to refine collaboration strategy and lead various operating processes. Lastly, they held the position of Senior Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff for Collaboration from January 2021 to February 2022, where they played a key role in steering focus and efforts towards high-impact priorities and engagements.

Stephanie Noble earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from San Jose State University, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. In 2010, they obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from ScrumAlliance. Additionally, in 2008, Stephanie briefly attended George Washington University to study Managing IT Projects. Stephanie also became a Net Promoter Certified Associate in 2014 from Satmetrix.
