Rafael Novello da Fonseca

Rafael Novello da Fonseca is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in digital transformation and software quality engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Technology & Digital Transformation at Zup Innovation since June 2019, Rafael has held various roles, including Engineering Manager and Digital Transformation Leader. Previously at IBM from August 2011 to June 2019, Rafael excelled as a Business Requirements Analyst and Quality Assurance Delivery Leader, overseeing a diverse international team and successfully delivering numerous projects. Rafael holds an xBA in Xponencial Business Administration from Nova School of Business and Economics, a degree in Digital Product Leadership from Tera, an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba.
