Bradley Estby has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bradley began their career as a Soccer Coach at Tracyton Soccer Club from August 2009 to July 2015. Following this, they worked as an IT Technician at Olympic College from July 2010 to August 2015, where they were responsible for installing servers, switches, phones, and classroom technology, as well as managing student employees and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
In 2015, Bradley joined Vital Information Technology as a System Administrator, a role they held from August 2015 to May 2017. During their time there, they worked on system administration tasks.
After that, they joined VIEVU | A BRAND OF THE SAFARILAND GROUP in 2017. Bradley initially served as a Technical Support Analyst from May 2017 to January 2018, assisting customers with cameras and software and supporting the implementation team. Bradley was able to decrease the company's average call support and RMA response time by over 30%. Bradley then transitioned to the role of T&E Project Manager/Implementation Manager from January 2018 to May 2018, where they deployed body cameras and docking stations to various agencies in the USA. Bradley'snotable deployments included the NYPD, NASA, and Oakland PD.
In 2018, Bradley joined Axon as an Implementation Project Manager, responsible for deploying the Axon Interview Room in 180 agencies in North America. Bradley successfully deployed the solution to large agencies such as the New York Police Department and mid-market agencies like Spokane CSO and Santa Fe PD. In October 2021, they moved to the role of Technical Project Manager at Axon, where they worked with various teams to ensure projects were quoted appropriately and remained on schedule. Bradley also implemented new standard operating procedures, reducing onsite time for implementation managers by 20% and creating a mentorship program for career growth within the team. Bradley held this role until October 2022.
Most recently, Bradley joined Zuper in February 2023 as a Customer Onboarding Manager.
Bradley Estby began their education history by pursuing a degree in Information Systems Specialist at Olympic College from 2010 to 2013. Bradley'sfield of study during that time was focused on Computer Science. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, Bradley attended the SBGE at Seattle Pacific University, where they obtained a degree in Professional Studies.
