Darren Lawson

Darren Lawson is an experienced professional in document logistics and workplace operations, currently serving as the Global Head of Document Logistics & Workplace Operations Director at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since January 2017. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Head of Document Services/Soft Services for the UK and Ireland at EY from October 2011 to January 2017. Additional experience includes serving as the EDRM Project Leader for Derbyshire County Council between October 2005 and October 2011, and as the EDM Manager at Foster and Partners from 1994 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Derby, a Level 5 Facilities Management certification from the British Institute of Facilities Management, and a recent program completed at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021.
