Jennifer Evans

Jennifer Evans, MBA, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in process analytics and operational transformation within the insurance industry. Since January 2002, Jennifer has held the position of Director of Process Analytics and Metrics at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, previously serving as AVP of Operational Transformation. Prior roles include AVP of Enterprise Project Manager and Team Manager at Corporate Systems, Special Operations Unit Manager at Kemper Insurance, and Team Manager at Baxter Healthcare. Academically, Jennifer holds an Executive MBA from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Computer Science from Purdue University.
