Michele Arndt

Michele Arndt has over 30 years of experience in the actuarial field, currently serving as VP & Head of Actuarial Operations & Assurance at Zurich since December 2003. In this role, Michele has developed expertise in reserving and strategic analytics, encompassing profitability reviews, capital allocation, reporting, research and development, and data visualization. Prior to joining Zurich, Michele worked as an Actuarial Associate at Kemper Insurance from December 1993 to December 2003. Michele holds an education from Illinois State University, where studies were completed from 1990 to 1993, along with additional training from PIE, Hamlin, and others.
