Roberto Solia

Roberto Solia has extensive experience in data operations, business intelligence, and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data Operations and Platform DevSecOps at Zurich Insurance since April 2016, following roles as Head of BI and Analytics Platform Management and Engineering. Prior to Zurich, Roberto was the Reporting Platform Application Manager at Sulzer, overseeing group reporting activities and successfully managing the redesign of the global reporting system. Experience also includes consulting roles at Stampa Group and Reply, focusing on financial planning and business intelligence, and an initial consulting position at Accenture. Roberto holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
